𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐡𝐦E𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐛 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟒-𝟎𝟏-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑

Honorable Chairman, Pakistan Red Crescent Society, National Headquarters, Sardar Shahid Ahmed Laghari, and The Secretary General of PRCS – NHQ, Abaidullah Khan visited the Punjab Provincial Branch on 23-01-2023.
The Honorable Chairman, PRCS – Punjab Provincial Branch, Justice (R) Sheikh Ahmed Farooq, and The Secretary, PRCS – PHQ, Muhammad Zahid warmly welcomed them at PRCS – PHQ.
The Honorable Chairman, PRCS – NHQ, inspected various departments and activities of the Punjab Provincial Branch in which he visited JTK Thalassemia Center and Regional Blood Diagnostic Center (RBDC) and appreciated the efforts made by Punjab Provincial Branch for Thalassemia Patients over the years.
He was brief that free of-cost blood is transfused to each Thalassemia patient and free lunch is served with great care to all walk-in Thalassemia patients.
Furthermore, The Chairman PRCS – PHQ, Justice (R) Sheikh Ahmed Farooq briefed about the Legacy of PRCS – PHQ’s building and the work done so far in restoring it.
Later on, the honorable Chairman, of NHQ met the staff of PHQ and was briefed about the program’s progress and facing issues.
In his address, The Chairman, of NHQ, Sardar Shahid Ahmed Laghari stated that I am visiting all the Provincial and District Branches of PRCS in Pakistan. The main objective of visiting is to build a strong communication mechanism to strengthen its programs and interventions by increasing working and volunteerism capacity so that we can serve humanity in a better and an effective way.
Further, he assured of addressing and resolving the issues of Punjab Provincial Branch is facing in operating within the province and hopes to meet each one in National Headquarters soon.
