Establishment of Dispensary at Union Council Dharnul, Tehsil Fateh Jhang, District Attock

Responding to the request of the District Red Crescent Branch Attock, the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Punjab Headquarters, Lahore, has established a free dispensary in the underserved area of Union Council Dharnul, Tehsil Fateh Jhang, District Attock. This initiative aims to provide essential medical services to underprivileged families in the surrounding villages.

The dispensary is staffed by qualified medical personnel, including an MBBS doctor and a trained dispenser, ensuring accessible and reliable primary healthcare for the local population.

An inauguration ceremony was held to mark the opening of the facility. The Chief Guest, Sardar Faizan Haider Khan, formally inaugurated the dispensary and was recognized for his generous contribution of providing the premises rent-free.

Dr. Saleem Raza Raja, a respected Member of the Managing Committee (MC) of PRCS Punjab, attended the ceremony as Guest of Honour, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to improving health services in rural and remote areas.

The event drew a large number of local residents who warmly welcomed the initiative and expressed gratitude to PRCS Punjab for its meaningful efforts in expanding healthcare access and serving vulnerable communities.
