PRCS Conducts Detailed Need Assessment (DNA) Survey in Tehsil Lalian, District Chiniot

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Punjab Branch, with the support of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), continues its efforts to assess and address the needs of flood-affected communities across Punjab.

On 9th November 2025, a Detailed Need Assessment (DNA) Survey was conducted in village Asim Abad, Mouza Kot Amir Shah, Tehsil Lalian, District Chiniot. The survey aimed to gather comprehensive data to guide effective recovery interventions for affected families.

A team of 10 dedicated PRCS volunteers, led by the field officer, visited 32 flood-affected households and collected data using the KoboCollect application to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability throughout the assessment process.

This activity forms part of PRCS Punjab’s ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and strengthening disaster response and recovery initiatives across the province.
