Two-Day First Aid Training at GCU Lahore

Pakistan Red Crescent Punjab organized a comprehensive two-day first aid training at Government College University Lahore, equipping participants with essential life-saving skills to respond effectively in various medical emergencies.

– Management of unconsciousness: recognizing and responding to unconscious patients.
– Heart attack response: identifying symptoms and providing timely assistance.
– Burn care: treating minor and major burns, and preventing infections.
– Choking relief: clearing airway obstructions in adults and children.
– Bleeding control: managing severe bleeding and preventing shock.
– Drowning response: rescuing and providing care for drowning victims.
– Heatstroke management: recognizing and treating heat-related illnesses.

– Expert trainers: Muhammad Imran, Assistant Director First Aid, and Zeeshan Ashfaq, Assistant Trainer Y&V.
