A first aid training session for students was successfully concluded at the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Punjab, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen youth capacity in emergency response and lifesaving skills.

A total of 18 students from Government APWA College and University of Health Sciences actively participated in the training.
Training Highlights
Hands-on Learning:
Participants received practical training in essential first aid techniques, including wound management, CPR, choking response, and the management of bleeding and burns.

Emergency Preparedness:
The session emphasized building confidence among students to effectively respond to medical emergencies at home, educational institutions, and public places.
The training equipped students with vital lifesaving skills while reinforcing the importance of community health and safety. This initiative reflects PRCS Punjab’s continued commitment to empowering youth through humanitarian education and enhancing emergency preparedness across communities.
