LAHORE — The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Punjab Branch has officially established a dynamic Innovation Lab at Government College University (GCU) Lahore. Launched under the YOUR-CAP Project and supported by the IFRC and the Italian Red Cross, this new hub provides a collaborative platform for students, volunteers, and young innovators to tackle pressing climate and humanitarian challenges.
The is designed to foster creative problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and co-creation. By bridging the gap between academia and grassroots humanitarian action, the facility empowers youth to develop low-cost, locally appropriate, and sustainable solutions aimed at mitigating climate-related risks across Punjab.
