Lahore: Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Punjab Branch successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Arfa Karim Tower, Lahore, where a total of 22 blood units were collected for the treatment and support of thalassemic children.

The blood donation drive received an encouraging response from PITB employees, who generously volunteered to donate blood and contribute towards saving precious lives. The collected blood units will help meet the ongoing transfusion needs of children suffering from thalassemia.
The successful organization of the camp was made possible through the valuable support and cooperation of Mr. Ahmed Adeel Sarwar, Director HR, Mr. Farhan Akbar, Joint Director HR, Mr. Muhammad Zubair, Mr. Zeeshan Anwar, Senior Officer HR, and Mr. Nadeem Ali Raza from PITB, Arfa Karim Tower, Lahore.

The distinguished officials also visited the blood donation camp and appreciated the donors for their dedication, generosity, and commitment to supporting thalassemic children through voluntary blood donation.
PRCS Punjab expressed its gratitude to PITB management, staff members, and all blood donors for their active participation and support. Such collaborative efforts play a vital role in ensuring a steady supply of safe blood for patients in need and promoting a culture of humanitarian service within the community.
