PRCS Punjab Conducts First Aid & CPR Training for Youth Development Boot Camp Volunteers

The First Aid Department of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Punjab successfully conducted a two-day First Aid with CPR training on June 24–25, 2025, for volunteers participating in the Youth Development Boot Camp.

The training aimed to equip volunteers with essential life-saving knowledge and practical skills to effectively respond during emergencies.

Key Highlights:

  • Hands-on Training: Volunteers engaged in practical exercises to master basic first aid and CPR techniques.

  • Life-Saving Skills: Participants learned how to manage critical situations such as cardiac arrest, injuries, and sudden medical emergencies.

Training Outcomes:

As a result of the training, volunteers are now empowered to:

  1. Respond confidently and effectively in emergency scenarios

  2. Deliver basic first aid and perform CPR

  3. Advocate for volunteerism and community-based emergency preparedness
